FED CRUMPLES – and SEALS THE DOLLAR’S FATE..

The Fed didn’t just fold on Wednesday, it crumpled, capitulated. A long time ago we had figured out that when push came to shove, this is what it would do. However, we thought that it would take a market crash to force it to change course, in order that it could use that as solid justification for a U-turn, instead of which it only took a crashlet, or the start of a crash. The Fed’s “Prime Directive” is to serve the interests of their Masters, the fabled 1% who control society, and they have done an admirable job of it over the past 10 years since the market crash, with their QE and ZIRP policies, which have funneled the wealth of the lower and middle classes up to the top of the pyramid, to the 1%, whose wealth has increased enormously as a result, while the common man has gotten poorer. This is a system that works so well for the 1% that they naturally want to keep it going as long as they possibly can – so they don’t want the markets to crash and the masses to come after them with pitchforks, as is starting to happen in France, where they made the mistake of turning the screw too far, and so, in deference to their Masters, the Fed is doing an about face as it prepares to drop rates again and revert to QE.

SWOT Analysis: Palladium Prices Have Surged Past Gold

0

Full Article: SWOT Analysis: Palladium Prices Have Surged Past Gold

By: Frank Holmes

    • The best performing metal this week was palladium, up 3.63 percent as hedge funds boosted the net-long position to the most bullish in five weeks, CFTC data showed for early January. Gold traders and analysts remain bullish on the yellow metal for the 13th straight week, even as gold fell on a stronger dollar and weaker demand from Asia during Lunar New Year, according to the weekly Bloomberg survey. Neutral sentiment was the strongest in four weeks, but bullish respondents say gold will likely recover next week after investors in China return from the holidays. The Bullion Vault gold index, measuring the balance of buyers against sellers of gold, jumped to 52.6 in January, up from 51.8 in December. Bloomberg reports that this is the first increase in the index in six months.

  • The Perth Mint reported strong sales figures last month; 31,189 ounces of gold coins and bars were sold in January, up from 29,186 in December. Silver sales were also up significantly – 828,854 ounces last month versus 692, 971 ounces in December. In a reversal from last week’s selling of gold, Turkey’s central bank gold holdings rose $705 million this week from the prior period, according to official weekly figures from the bank in Ankara.

Chemesis International – On the Move

0

Chemesis International Inc. (CSE: CSI) (OTC: CADMF) (FRA: CWAA) is on the move again with plans to add another 25,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing space in Cathedral City, California.  It is anticipated that this new facility will be up and running by Q2 2019. NEWS

The additional space will allow for expansion of the company’s finished goods which currently include beverages, edibles and other consumer goods.

The fully state compliant facility for manufacturing, packaging, distribution and transportation will provide direct product distribution to state licensed dispensaries.

This move, which will increase the company’s already strong presence in California, is a follow-up to Chemesis’ announcement in October 2018 of plans to enter into the edibles market.  The edibles which will include among other products, gummies, chews, chocolates, brownies, and cookies are expected to be launched this year.

With the continual activities to grow the market stake in California, Chemesis ‘expected annual revenue in that state alone is projected to reach $61.5 million by year four with a net income of $27.2 million. (Investment News Network: 2018 Article: Bringing Vertically-Integrated Cannabis to Puerto Rico and California) https://investingnews.com/company-profiles/chemesis-seed-to-sale-cannabis-company/

Given the cannabis market in California is projected to reach $7.7 billion by 2022, Chemesis is in a good position to continue to capitalize on the market through their own expansion plans.  (Cannabis Business Plan : California Cannabis Market) https://cannabusinessplans.com/california-cannabis-market/

This latest California expansion comes on the close heels of Chemesis’ acquisition in November 2018 of La Finca, a Colombian based cannabis company with access to over 1000 acres of cultivation land.  This move also includes a partnership with Colombia’s largest university, Universidad Nacional de Colombia for the development of seed strains.

In addition, operations in Puerto Rico continue to be monitored closely with an eye to further expansion in that territory.

With continual innovation and expansion, Chemesis is poised to become an important company to watch and one that I plan to keep on my radar.

Happy Investing!
